Your evaluation happens asynchronously and/or by live visit using secure electronic communication rather than an in-person exam.
Telehealth has limits: a provider cannot physically examine you, and some conditions cannot be safely evaluated or treated online.
Your rights
You may withdraw consent to telehealth at any time without affecting your right to future care.
In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use this site for emergencies.
