Optimal Life provides a technology platform that connects patients with licensed providers and fulfillment partners. Optimal Life does not practice medicine and does not manufacture medications.

You must be 18 or older and located in a state where our provider partners are licensed to use these services.

No guarantee of treatment

Completing an intake, creating an account or submitting payment information does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is medically appropriate.
